Villa Monaco showcases minimalistic modern design with floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping bay views from every room. It seamlessly blends sleek aesthetics with ultimate comfort. Two spacious bedrooms (~35 sqm each) feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and ocean view. The 65 sqm open-plan living area includes a full kitchen, dining for six, and a lounge. Slide open the glass doors to a 50 sqm terrace with outdoor dining, a daybed, sun loungers, and an infinity pool overlooking rice fields and the ocean. A private yoga gazebo offers the perfect spot for sunrise stretches or sunset meditation.

You’ll have the entire villa to yourself—including all indoor and outdoor spaces, fully-equipped kitchen, pool, garden, and yoga gazebo. Our housekeeping team is available daily for breakfast preparation, housekeeping, and any requests you may have. Enjoy complete privacy with concierge-style support as needed. An electronic door lock allows for easy self check-in if arriving late.

Perched in the Selong Terraces hill community, Villa Monaco commands sweeping views — just minutes from the white sands and surf of Selong Belanak, one of Lombok's most celebrated beaches. Surrounded by lush hills, guests are within easy reach of beachside dining, laid-back warungs, and local restaurants. For a true taste of village life, the nearby Sunday morning market is an easy stroll away. Selong Terraces is a growing community, and occasional construction activity in the area is possible. Our housekeeping team will liaise with neighbours to keep construction noise to a minimum.

The villa is about 35 minutes from Lombok Airport, around 2 hours from Bangsal Port, about 1 hour from Lembar Port, and about 25 minutes from Kuta. The access road to the villa is fully paved. Selong Belanak town is just down the hill, 1.2 km away, and the beach is 1.8 km away — close by car or scooter, but a bit too far to walk comfortably. We therefore recommend renting a car or scooter for convenience, and we’re happy to arrange this. Please note that you need an International Driving Permit (IDP) to drive in Indonesia if you are not from an ASEAN country. If you do not have an IDP, we can also arrange a driver at a reasonable cost.
